Crossover.exists(self: pyinterp.core.geodetic.Crossover, wgs: pyinterp.core.geodetic.Spheroid | None = None) → bool

Test if there is a crossover between the two half-orbits.

Parameters:

wgs – If specified, searches for the intersection using geographic coordinates with the specified spheroid, otherwise searches for the intersection using spherical coordinates.

Returns:

True if there is a crossover.
