Description
The Cluster-4 spacecraft, also known as Tango, was launched from Baikonur on 2000 July 16 on the first of two Soyouz vehicules dedicated to the Cluster-II mission.  It was the Flight Model 8, one of three spacecraft built following the failure of the first Cluster launch vehicule.
