This dataset contains E-field measurements from the PWS instrument  of the APV-F experiment  onboard PHOBOS-2:
    average of the low frequency fluctuations from 0.2 to 10 Hz (first value).
    smoothed spectrum obtained by processing r.m.s. outputs from 24 filters between 5 Hz and 150 kHz(72 last values).

We suggest to add the following lines into the acknowledgments:
The authors acknowledge the PWS team and the CDPP (Centre de Données de la Physique des Plasmas) for the distribution of the PHOBOS/PWS data.
If PI/coI are not part of the publication list, then we suggest to add Specifically, we acknowledge R. Grard for use of data from the PHOBOS mission and J. G. Trotignon for use of PWS data.
